A four-day piano festival has been created in Ludlow, Shropshire, by celebrity resident Alistair McGowan. The event, which starts on 24 May, will feature top classical pianists playing beautiful music, as well as celebrity concerts and events at various locations across the town.

Pianos Cymru, a business in Gwynedd that provides pianos for events such as the National Eisteddfod and the Llangollen International Eisteddfod, is celebrating over 50 years in business.

On March 29th, Piano Day is celebrated globally to draw attention to the "king of musical instruments". Piano Day was created in 2015 by German pianist Nils Frahm and has since grown in popularity.
